Ashley and Loftin drove from Tennessee to Colorado Springs with less than 20 of their favorite people and absolutely zero interest in doing this any other way.
Their ceremony at Garden of the Gods was exactly what an elopement should be — intentional, intimate, and completely theirs. Tucked into Ashley's bouquet was a small vial of fur from their dog who didn't make it to the day but was there anyway.
That's the kind of couple they are.
The sky stayed overcast and soft the whole ceremony — the kind of light photographers dream about — with just enough rain to make it interesting. Nobody complained.
Afterwards, everybody piled into the cutest Airbnb you've ever seen for a home cooked taco dinner, and that was it. No ballroom, no DJ, no seating chart. Just the people who mattered most, good food, and two people so visibly in love it was almost annoying.
