HOW IT WORKS

THE day

I photograph full wedding days — I don’t do hourly coverage. Your wedding day isn’t something you should have to ration just to save money.

The meaning is in the whole arc — the quiet morning, the buildup, the chaos, the celebration — and I want you to actually live it without watching the clock.

It also gives us time together early to hang out, get comfortable, and start the day with some calm and laughter so everything feels easier from there.

Rachel was amazing. Made us feel so so comfortable. Was so amazing to incorporate out gender reveal into our wedding. Got us the gender photo that night so i was able to post right away!!!
Our photos were perfect.
Highly recommend !

Consultation

If I'm available on your date, and you're interested in booking, we then hop on a quick 15-30 minute call to discuss your wedding and make sure we are a good fit for each other.

booking

At the end of the consultation call, I will send you over my booking information. This includes your contract, invoice & pay screen.

Deposit is $1,000 and is due at booking. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid - your date is booked!

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

i OFFER FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS. tHE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT BOOKING (25% OF YOUR PACKAGE) AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE A MONTH PRIOR. mANY COUPLES CHOOSE TO DO MONTHLY PAYMENTS, PAY IN LUMP SUMS OR WAIT UNTIL THE END. i JUST ASK FOR CLEAR COMMUNICATION IF SOMETHING CHANGES


Do you offer engagement sessions?

They are included with every full day wedding package

How many photos should I eXPECT?

eVERY WEDDING AND ELOPEMENT IS DIFFERENT. a SHORTER, MORE INTENTIONAL EVENT MAY PRODUCE 250-300 PHOTOS, WHERE A FULL WEDDING DAY WITH MORE GOING ON MAY BE CLOSER TO 500 IMAGES. i DON'T CAP GALLERIES OR CHARGE ADDITIONAL FOR LARGER GALLERIES. 

wHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME?

SNEAK PEEKS USUALLY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS (DEPENDING ON TRAVEL)
AND FULL GALLERY WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS. 

wHAT DOES DOCUMENTARY STYLE EVEN MEAN????

Documentary style means I'm not stopping your day every five minutes to pose you.

I'm watching what's actually happening and capturing it as it unfolds — the laugh during the vows, your dad's face when he sees you, the chaotic fun of the dance floor at hour three.

You get real moments, not recreations of real moments.

That said I'm not a fly on the wall either. I'll guide you through the parts that need a little direction (family formals, portraits) but even then I'm focused on making you feel like yourselves, not like you're modeling.

The goal is that ten years from now you look at your photos and feel it all over again -  not just see how good you looked.
